We are currently hiring a trainee EPOS assistant to work within our epos.gg subsidiary.

Our customers rely on their EPOS systems not just to serve their customers, but to manage many other aspects of their business.

You’ll be responsible for day to day updates and maintenance to our customer’s till systems, providing support, dealing with new setups and installs, and handling new enquiries and leads.

You’ll also help manage stock for some of our clients, entering sales and stock information into their bookkeeping systems, ensuring deliveries and wastage are recorded correctly, and handling their stocktaking for them.

This is a trainee position and no experience is necessary, but you do need to be at least a little IT-literate.

The position is only available to Guernsey residents as it will require a lot of on-site work at our customers’ premises, and you’ll be based in our office in town alongside our bookkeeping team. This is a full time role with one weekend in three on-call.
